- Aadhar card of the child (Original as well as 2 Photocopy)
- Aadhar card of parents (Original as well as 2 Photocopy)
- PAN card of parents (Original as well as 1 Photocopy)
- Category certificate (If applicable) (Original as well as 1 Photocopy)
- Transfer certificate from MIS Portal (Original)
- Report Card of Previous Class (Original as well as 1 Photocopy)
- Two recent photographs of the child and one of both the parents
- Family ID (Original as well as 1 Photocopy)
- APAAR ID (If generated)
(For Class XI Only)
- Copy of class X Admit Card
- Report card of pre-Board Exam (Original as well as 1 Photocopy)
- DMC of class X (After declaration of Board result)
